Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Tender Access.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tender Access, a service operated by Bid Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Tender Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Tender Access lets you enter a company website URL, builds a product profile from publicly available information, and matches you against live public tenders published on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the EU’s official procurement journal. Each match includes an AI-generated opportunity-fit assessment.
The service, including any fit assessments, scores, and shortlists, is provided for informational purposes only. It is intended to help you decide which tenders to investigate further, not to replace your own due diligence or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Tender Access only for lawful purposes and only for websites and businesses you are authorised to represent. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems, and you must not use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. AI-generated assessments
Fit assessments are produced by automated models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Tender opportunities, deadlines, and eligibility requirements are set by the relevant contracting authorities and may change at any time. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the official tender notice before acting.
We do not guarantee that any tender is suitable for you, that you will win any tender, or that the assessments are complete or accurate.
5. Intellectual property
Tender Access, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Bid Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tender data originates from TED and remains subject to the terms of its source. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business purposes.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bid Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, contracts, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Contact
